What is the duration of a typical session?

Our training sessions typically last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. However, the duration may vary based on your individual needs and preferences.

Are there installment payment
option?

Yes, James provide installment payment for case to case basis. This installment plan will be at the discretion of James Lim.
